All orders will be Confirmed Via E-Mail within 24 hours before processing the order to make sure everything is correct and also to notify you if there are any backorders.
After the Confirmation is sent the order with be processed unless otherwise notified.
Allow 7-10 days for shipment inside the continental U.S.
Shipping & Handling prices listed are only for orders withing continental U.S. Other orders will be quoted on by e-mail before items are shipped
If you would like your order to arrive quicker please specify in the comments box of the shopping cart checkout.

Additional Shipping Information:
If Items were lost or damaged during shipment and shipped by UPS. Save the shipping container and all packing materials for inspection by UPS personnel. Notify the local UPS office immediately of the damage and also call GILES DAIRY SERVICE.COM and advise us of the damaged products.
For orders shipped common carrier. The boxes should be counted and any missing boxes and/or damaged material should be noted on the freight bill and signed by the common carrier driver BEFORE YOU SIGN THE FREIGHT BILL. Also save the shipping cartons, delivery documents and if possible take photos of the damage.
For Shipping Outside Continental U.S.:
The importer will be responsible for all freight charged, duty, tax, and brokerage services.
